Welcome to Japan Brickfest
Thank you for registering for the Japan Brickfest site! There are just a few steps left. This guide is to help you in case you have any troubles completing your registration. Please bookmark it for your reference.
How to finish your user registration
Step 1
An email will be sent to the email address you used to make your user account. The email will be sent from japanbrickfest@klug-jp.com and will look very similar to this:
Please click on the first link in the email and it will take you to a page where you can confirm or change your password.
Note: If you have not received this email after one hour, it’s possible that your email service is not allowing messages from klug-jp.com. Please check your settings, especially if you are using a mobile phone. If it is possible to use an alternate email address, please consider doing so. You can also try contacting us at support@klug-jp.com, but please understand that if your email service is blocking klug-jp.com, we may not be able to contact you.
Step 2
After you click the link in your email, your browser should open a window like the one on the right.
If a different window opens, please go back to the email and make sure that you clicked on the first link (the longer one).
A new, strong password has been set for you already, but you can click in the box to change it to anything you’d like.
After you verify your password, click the “Set Password” button. You should see a message like this:
Congratulations! Your user registration is finished and you can now access the site as a builder. Click where it says “Log in” and you will be able to login using your username or email address and the password that you just set.
Step 3
After you login, you will automatically be sent to the Builder’s Page. There’s one more thing you need to do before you will be able to join Japan Brickfest – your Builder Registration! Starting this year, everyone must fill out this registration form. Even if you will not need a table (stop motion participants), please be sure to fill out your registration soon. You must complete this registration in order to access the site after the registration period has finished.
