Q:If I have not booked a table to exhibit my Moc before the event, can I bring my Moc on the day?
A:We are very sorry that only people who have registered and booked a table can display. Basically you can not bring your Moc, because there will be many other builders Moc and we do not want parts and models to be mixed up.
Q:I am thinking to display my Moc, but can I book the table after 31st Dec?
A:Please register to book a table from this page now. If you book you can cancel until payment. You cannot cancel after payment. So if you are thinking about it, but are not sure, just book.
Q:Can I send my Moc to the Event?
A:Yes, you can send it to us. If you want to send it, please tell us when you book the table, we will reply to you and tell you where and when to send it by email.
Q:I already registered for the event and booked a table, when can I enter the the event venue at Canadian Academy?
A:The 9th is set up day and you should be able to enter the venue at around 3pm, On the 10th final preparation will be from 9am until 10am. Pre event meeting will be at 9:30am for team leaders, so it is best to try and set up on the 9th if possible. If you really cannot come on Friday, please ask us for early entry to the venue. We will tell more detail by emails.
Q:Do you have any space for luggage?
A:We are sorry that we do not have secured luggage space or coin lockers. We will prepare a resting space for event participants and you can use this for storing luggage. But we cannot be responsible for your missing luggage.
Q:Can I eat or drink inside the venue?
A:Only in specified areas. Canadian Academy is a school for children, so please do not make a mess of the facilities.
Q:Do you have any car parking?
A:If you come to the venue by car, please use the TIMES car park building south of Canadian Academy.
*You can not park at CA or on the road.
*Registered event participants can use the carpark to drop off/pick up Mocs and equipment.
